Started the Christmas cards and as it's a long weekend here in Australia this week, there is no class on Monday night, so a good chance to do something without flowers for a change. I used a Fiskars Corner/Border punch and layered it over Gold embossed paper, then used gold embossing paste for the stencil, I added Martha Stewarts gold glitter to the embossing paste before it dried.

Little Soldier
Here is a Christmas card I made recently for a friend. I have used the little soldier digi stamp from Crafters Kitchen http://crafterskitchen.blogspot.com/ that was designed by Jim Harker in memory of Jak's tiny nephew that passed recently from Meningococcal meningitis, how could I not purchase one of these stamps when my eldest granddaughter had the same awful disease when she was six months old, we nearly lost her, I don't know how we would have coped without that darling little girl...........so my heart went out to her family, we could have so easily but for the Grace of God, been in that same situation. The stamp is delightful and makes a very cheery Christmas card. I used Tombow pens to colour it, and added gold stickles to accent the braid.

Rudolph Xmas card
Here is a flat Xmas card, I stamped the rudolph image, then went over the lines with the Sukara glitter glue, then sprinkled Martha Stewart fine glitter on the lines, same with the Xmas tree greeting which I framed by using a circle punch cut out

Another quick and easy Christmas card
This card took about four minutes to make, I love the new paper ribbons, got them from the FPC website, they are so easy to use, just trim and stick...........The candles look as though they are on a bit of a slope but they are okay in real life, its my editing skills that are questionable!!!.Jenni

Another sculptured christmas Card
I finished this card today, it will be taught in my class next week. I wanted to show that any type of flower can be made into a Christmas card with the appropriate message put on it, the flowers are called Crimson delight and are normally just made with the crimson paper, but again I wanted to demsonstrate that any flower can be made in any colour. Just use your own imagination!!
